Influence life with life, change life with life. This is the original intention of every SMIC teacher and what SMIC education has been practicing.

Moral education in elementary schools is based on "Life Education", strengthening classroom culture, implementing moral education cell projects, insisting on home-school co-education, focusing on good character and lifelong learning ability, and cultivating leaders with the ability to walk freely in the future world.

Character Education

Under the guidance of the school's philosophy of "Character First, Pursuit of Excellence", teachers of the life education program guide children to awaken to their own goodness by leading them to learn about "man and himself", "man and man", "mand environment"and "man and life".  Children come to know life, appreciate life, cherish life and respect life together. Children learn to love themselves, love others and love life, and thus show quality life force.

What is the definition of character, what are the associated characters, how do they manifest in life, how should they be taught in depth and how can they be helped to apply them in everyday life ......

After careful consideration and discussion, combined with classic educational cases, through videos, games, picture books, and other rich forms, the theory into practice, a wonderful character lesson with fun and education came to life, really let the core "character first" concept on the ground.

Student Council

The Elementary Student Council is elected by teachers and classmates and is dedicated to helping students with any difficulties they may encounter, providing timely feedback to the school, and actively organizing various activities within the school.

The members of the Student Council are both good assistants to teachers and students, and are one of the most important bridges between the school and the students.

Junior Press Corps

Sports Day, International Day, Charity Sale ...... Every time when there are various large events in SMIC, the young reporters can always be seen active. They interview teachers, parents and classmates from the children's perspective, and see SMIC and the world from the children's perspective.

At SMIC, the Junior Press Corps receives regular training and instruction from professional teachers, and everyone has the opportunity to express themselves. Every winter, the team follows the teachers and student council representatives to welfare organizations such as "Wonderful Love Home", where they deliver care on behalf of the children of SMIC and bring the needs of the children back to SMIC.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Home-school co-education has always been an important feature of SMIC education, where school and home work together to help children grow.

The PTA is a mass organization involving parents of students at school. The parents' representatives elected by each class form the permanent deliberative body of the PTA and they provide help for school teaching, student education, safety and health, and also serve as a bridge of communication between the school, parents and teachers.

Every major event of SMIC is always attended by the PTA and enthusiastic parents, who always create an unforgettable festival for the children through their wisdom and hard work.

Parenting Classes

"Dad's Breakfast" "Top 10 Traits of Great Parents" "Dad's Gas Station" "Father's Growth Group" ...... For different stages of children's growth, the school will provide parent classes on various topics for parents in and out of school to learn and grow together with families and bring more happiness to families.
